Great value for money, with stunning balcony views and a modern apartment. Convenient location near Victoria warehouse. Security staff were friendly and helpful.
More breakfast choices would have improved the experience.

The balcony views were absolutely banging, especially when we went to Old Trafford Stadium and saw the footy match. It was only a short walk away, so we didn't have to worry about getting lost or anything. And let me tell you, the atmosphere at the stadium was insane! We were shouting and cheering like mad lads. Then, we also went to the Opera House Manchester, which was also pretty cool. The shows there were proper quality and we had a blast. the apartment was dope and the locations nearby were mint!
If there's one thing I could ask for to make it even more of a mad time, it would be an epic party space in the apartment. Like, a wicked game room with a pool table or a sick sound system where we could have a proper rave.

The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, especially during the bonfire night fireworks. The cleanliness of the apartment was commendable, although it was quite basic.
In terms of amenities, there were a few drawbacks. Parking the car at a pay and display away from the property meant we had to carry our shopping up to the apartment for security reasons.

the views from the property were absolutely stunning, surpassing my previous stay in Manchester. the apartment was clean and modern, and it was conveniently located just a short walk away from the Victoria warehouse where we had a gig booked.
There was one thing that was off during our stay.

The location of the apartment is excellent, with stunning views from the balcony. It is conveniently situated just a few minutes walk from the Victoria Warehouse, making it perfect for events or gigs. the property itself is modern and clean, offering a comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. the security staff are also noteworthy, ensuring a safe stay.
The kitchen facilities could be improved, as it was not equipped enough to make a proper meal or comfortably accommodate multiple guests for breakfast.

Excellent views, modern apartment, close to Victoria warehouse. Great security staff, although sometimes a wait to get in. Lovely and mannerly host Edward. Unhygienic, but the property was clean. Basic amenities, but very clean apartment. Amazing views for bonfire night fireworks.

The Luxury 2 Bedroom En-Suite Apartment with Balcony Views was an ideal choice for our family stay in Manchester. The apartment provided us with stunning views of Old Trafford Stadium, which was just a short distance away. The modern and spacious layout of the apartment, along with the en-suite bathrooms, made our stay comfortable and convenient. , the apartment was located close to the Opera House Manchester, allowing us to easily attend a show during our visit.
For families with children, it would be great to have a few more amenities, such as a playground or a kids' play area, within the vicinity of the apartment.

The property itself was clean, although it lacked some basic amenities. It was conveniently located just a short walk away from a popular music venue, which was a major plus for us.
the check-in process was a hassle, with delays in receiving the key box number and unexpected requests for photo ID. Once we finally got inside, the apartment had not been properly cleaned from the previous guests. the beds were unmade and dirty bedding was still on, and the kitchen and bathroom were not tidy.
